NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES AND CANADA:

All United States and Canada orders are shipped within 3 business days via UPS Ground.  Shipping is FREE on all camera orders if you are within the continental United States.  Dummy Cameras are not shipped free unless the order is over $100.00.  Shipments going into Canada may incur additonal shipping costs.  This cost will be calculated and communicated to you prior to shipping.  * If you are purchasing accessories (including Dummy Cameras) only, and the total order is under $100.00, you will be charged $9.95 for UPS Ground shipping.  With Google orders, the $9.95 may not automatically be charged when orders are less than $100.00.  If this occurs, the $9.95 will be charged manually after the order has been received by Eyes Undetected.  If the Google buyer does not pay the $9.95 shipping charge for orders under $100.00, the order will be cancelled.

If Google checkout charges shipping charges for orders over $100.00, the shipping charges will be refunded. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, at your cost, as Ground service is unavailable to these areas. Cost for 2nd Day Air will vary depending on weight and size of packages.  This charge is not automatically calculated with your online order, because of weight variations; therefore, it will be added to your order upon processing.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order.  

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.  You should receive this email on the day your order ships.  If you place your order by mail or phone, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.

Eyes Undetected exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS.  UPS is able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.
